Axiom Growth provides business-to-business growth services, which may include outbound campaign systems, offer-specific landing pages, and sales administration automation. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work between Axiom Growth and the client.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement prevails for that engagement.

The website is intended for business users aged 18 or over. You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information about your company, offer, and target market.
• Providing timely access to accounts, tools, domains, and systems required to deliver the services.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables and providing feedback within agreed timeframes.
• Ensuring that all materials, claims, and data you supply are lawful, accurate, and free of third-party rights infringement.
• Complying with applicable laws and platform policies relating to communication, marketing, and data protection.

Delays or omissions on the client side may affect delivery timelines and results, and do not entitle the client to a refund or fee adjustment unless expressly agreed in writing.

Fees, payment schedules, and any performance-based arrangements are set out in the applicable client agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Any figures, examples, case studies, or projections presented on this website or during discussions are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee of results. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market conditions, addressable market size, sales capacity, and responsiveness. Axiom Growth makes no warranty regarding any specific number of meetings, replies, opportunities, or revenue.

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to Axiom Growth and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without prior written permission.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of, or a licence to use, final client-specific deliverables as defined in the applicable agreement. Axiom Growth retains all rights to its underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, automation workflows, internal tooling, and know-how, and may reuse them in other engagements.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement. This obligation survives termination.

Our services may rely on third-party platforms and tools. Use of such tools is subject to their own terms and pricing. Axiom Growth is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or account actions imposed by third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the website or the services.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Axiom Growth for that engagement in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axiom Growth against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or any materials, claims, or data you provide.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice terms set out in the applicable client agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to Axiom Growth.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia.
